Hey Troy,
Just enjoying reading all your posts and wanted to say hey. Hope all is well with you.
Rachel
Troy, keep writing. There are some of us in Washington DC who care. (I've even put a link to you on my business web site).
NOLA is a gorgeous, vibrant city and will rise again--too soon to call it quits, give it a year and then see how it's doing. I plan on coming right down there in spring.
Cheers,
Merry
